About Functional Fitness

Functional Fitness incorporates resistance and cardio exercises with functional movements to get the body moving the way it should. Functional training is a specialised form of fitness training that prepares your body to do daily tasks more efficiently. This training works by ‘copying’ the common movements you might do at home, at work, or during sport. Pushing. Pulling. Lifting. Throwing. Running. Sprinting. You’ll do all these at an elevated heart rate to burn fat and improve strength.
