What did you like about having a dedicated coach?
Without having the one-to-one coach, I wouldn’t be in the position I’m in today after 4 weeks. Without Richie, it would have been similar to going to school and there are no teachers. I would have been doing all the wrong workouts and not warming up properly. Nothing can beat one-to-one coaching.
What was your favourite part of the online coaching?
My favorite part of the online coaching was having the confidence in the gym. All the workouts are set out and detailed and explained well.

Definitely and have done.
How much progress have you made since you started your journey with us?
I personally think I’ve made massive progress. I feel mentally and physically better in my self in the last four weeks.
Good morning TJ, thanks very much for your help. I certainly did enjoy it. Learned loads, and still learning, huge amount to take in.
My fitness test was just 5 seconds better and my walk distance was 0.5km better.
