This is a 6, 8 or 12 week program. 1,2 & 3 sessions p/w options.

We give you the tools and advice you need, to achieve the healthy body you’ve always wanted. Our diverse client base ranges from older adults to elite athletes and from CEO’s to brides. A detailed training programme is created for each individual client, catering specifically to your goals and lifestyle. We are passionate and committed about what we do and will encourage and support you on every step of your fitness journey.

 

Each package includes:

  • 1 to 1 Coaching Session
  • In-depth Consultation & Goal Setting
  • Tailored Training Program (tracked and altered as needed)
  • Goal Specific Nutritional Advice
  • Weekly Weigh-ins, Progress Pictures & Body Composition Analysis

Sports performance

This is a 6 & 8 week program. 1,2 & 3 sessions p/w options.

We design your program based on specific movements of your sport. We then build an individual plan to improve your performance by increasing speed and power, whilst also identifying and addressing areas of weakness to reduce risk of injury. Our aim is to train each athlete using functional movements, that mirror the demands of their sport. With our knowledge and the use of our facility we can guarantee that athletes of any level can reach the peak of their performance without any distractions.

 

Each package includes:

  • 1 to 1 Coaching Session
  • Sport Specific Training Program
  • Performance Nutrition Advice
  • Weekly Performance Monitoring
